Refund & Cancellation Policy

1Gaming Centre & Mini Cinema Reservations

Customers may cancel a reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.

• Cancellation at least 24 hours before the booking: full refund.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the booking: generally non-refundable.
• No-show bookings: non-refundable.

2Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule a reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking, subject to availability.

Any applicable difference in price must be paid before the revised booking is confirmed.

3Food & Beverage Orders

Food and beverage orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has commenced.

If an order is incorrect, incomplete or damaged, customers should contact us as soon as possible and preferably within one hour of receiving the order.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, credit or refund.

4Cancellation by The Headquarters

If The Headquarters is unable to provide a confirmed service, we may offer an alternative date/time or an applicable refund.

5Refund Method

Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

Cash refunds will generally not be provided for transactions made through the online payment gateway.

6Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 5–7 business days.

The time taken for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or card issuer.

7Special Promotions

Special events, promotional packages or other offers may have different cancellation and refund conditions. Where applicable, those conditions will be displayed before payment.
